These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of prokitstudios.com and the digital products sold by ProKit Studios ("ProKit Studios," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or buying our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy the products.

What we sell

ProKit Studios sells digital, editable document kits — such as client welcome guides, proposals, contracts, invoices, and operations templates — delivered as Google Docs, Microsoft Word files, and PDFs. Products are downloaded and used by you; nothing physical is shipped.

Your license to use the kits

When you buy a kit, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, edit, and brand the templates for your own business, for as many of your own clients as you like. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the template files themselves, edited or not.
• Offer the kits, or a lightly edited version of them, as your own template or digital product.
• Sublicense the templates or claim authorship of them.

You own the content you add (your logo, text, and details). We keep all rights in the underlying templates, designs, and materials.

Not legal or professional advice

Our contracts, agreements, and other documents are customizable templates and professional starting points. They are not legal advice, and using them does not create an attorney-client relationship. Laws vary by location and situation. Have any contract or legal document reviewed by a qualified professional in your area before you rely on it.

Payment and delivery

Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. Purchases are made through our website checkout or through storefronts such as Gumroad, Etsy, or Payhip, each with its own terms. Kits are delivered as an instant digital download after your payment is confirmed.

Refunds

Because the kits are digital, editable, and delivered immediately, all sales are final. If your download is missing, corrupted, or not what was described, email us at [email protected] and we will make it right. Purchases made through a third-party storefront may also be subject to that platform's refund policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website — for example, by attempting to break its security, disrupt its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimers

The website and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the products will meet every need or that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProKit Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Third-party platforms

We link to and sell through third-party platforms (such as Gumroad, Etsy, Payhip, and social media, including TikTok). We are not responsible for those platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the website or products after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maine.
